Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Description

To initiate and propagate the company's brand, through the development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives.
Develop strategic marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives.
Develop & execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability & market share.
Research and provide feedback reports on competitor activity, peculiar market situations and any issues affecting the marketing activities of the organization.
Review analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
Assist in establishing and maintaining consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Build and maintain relationships with customer groups.
Coach and develop the marketing team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
