Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Capelli Salon and Beauty Parlour, 107B Opebi Road, Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the marketing and communication strategies for the Salon and Spa
• Effectively manage an annual marketing budget that delivers results.
• Coordinate and organize social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising and digital media.
• Manage all corporate communications, including: events, corporate media releases, media outreach, and media inquiries.
• Create presentations which include a summary of campaign details, cost details, analysis of results including ROI and lessons learned recommendations for future campaigns.
• Meet revenue(sales) targets for the Salon and Spa and Assist with marketing of the salon externally
• Manage and Promote the PR of the Salon and Spa
• Develop and manage a blog for the salon and Spa as well as direct traffic to the blog, website and other social media sites.
• Prepare marketing proposals to Individuals and Corporate Organizations
• Increase the Client base of the Salon and Spa and ensure customer management and retention

Requirements

• Business / Marketing / Communications or Public Relations related Degree is preferred
• Minimum of two years progressive marketing experience.
• Considerable experience in the creation and implementation of strategic marketing plans.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to lead a department to results.
• Proactive and motivated individual capable of meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure.
• Strong copy writing skills
• Word Press and Blog Spot experience is an asset
• Social media marketing is essential
• Experience in Beauty Industry will be strongly preferred
• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
• Be an excellent communicator
• Be able to respond well to pressure
• Think creatively and innovatively
• WWork well in a team and with a wide range of people
• Be organized and methodical
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative
• Be able to motivate and inspire a team
