RegCharles Finance and Capital Ltd - An Agro-Allied Company located in Ibadan, Oyo State is recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State.

Responsibilities

Planning and organising production and supply schedules
Assessing project and resources requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff
Supervising the work of junior staff
Health & Safety of the workforce
Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of the business managed
Development of a superior workforce.
Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
Analyse and review budgets and expenditure

Requirements

University degree in any discipline, preferably Agric Economics
3-5 years working eperience
Must have knowledge of the agricultural trading industry.
Strong professional background with no less than 3 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to show results
Proven administrative, leadership and management ability.
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail
Good team player
Strategy oriented and driven
Excellent thinking capabilities and analytical skills
Very good organizational and communicating skills
Very good at solving complex problems

i read Agricultural economics and extension technology. And i have one year experience at Dan Sarki Farm, Chibiri-kuje Abuja in livestock department and Feedmill department.
