Job Title: Dredging Superintendent /Engineer

Work Experience
The candidate who must have worked as a Dredging Superintendent/Engineer in the varied areas of our operations must have experience in conventional dredging operations
Minimum of 5-10 years field experience

Core Skills
Should be able to understand and interpret survey reports without supervision
Should be able to use mining/dredging software
Should be able to position dredger at dredging locations for dredging operations
Should be able to organize and manage sand dump, construct bond walls, and manage dredging sites
Should be able to manage the dredging crew and all dredging machinery accessories
Should be able to manage more than one dredging site simultaneously
Must be proficient in Organisational skills; Computer literate; Time management; Project planning and delivery
Should be willing to travel from time to time, and invest additional time on occasions as project/work load dictates
Should possess safety training certification and ready to deliver quality service

Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering or Engineering Field with (Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit)
Professional qualification will be added advantage
Age: 30-45 years

Not only office base, but will have field trips from time to time.
