Job Title: Officer, MIS Reporting, SCM

Location: Nigeria

Job description
Management and maintenance of Oracle master data -

• Ensure approved SRF (Supplier Registration Form) is sent to vendor for registration.
• Ensure all SRF received from approved vendors are validated with all requirements provided.
• Ensure that all approved partner details are uploaded in Oracle.
• Responsible for providing Master data report and coordination of audit

Reporting

• Generate dashboard report follow up with user for improving the accuracy of data.
• Analysis Data and communicate to improve.
• Quarterly analysis and recommendation of vendor Master data report (active and inactive vendor)
• Tracking of all CAf and Opex document as regards their utilization and report any over or underutilized thereon

Archiving

• Ensure that all approved CAF and OPEX documents are made available with 72hrs on request.
• Ensuring that all approved SRF documents are archived and presented with 72hr on request.

Hard Hoc Account Payable Report

• Ensure that all hard hoc reporting requirement for Reporting and planning as requested by the Group is performed within two
• (2) days of request. Where this is not possible an escalation is required

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• University Degree in Business Administration.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
• Adept user of Accounting packages; Oracle ERP
• Good Communication (Oral & Written) and Inter-personal skills
