Job Title: Manager, Customer Supplier and Relationship Management-CRM
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The Customer/Partner Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for the planning, successful execution and follow up for a diverse range of customer and partner relationship management programs, along with identifying service improvement and new business opportunities.
The CRM will carry out innovative and sometimes complex projects to their completion, thorough analysis in order to make sound recommendations for next steps that aim to improve customer/partner satisfaction ions.
Act as the focal point for all customer and partner communications and activities
Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable customer service and administrative support.
Support partners in all business matters pertaining to the service contract, terms and conditions, SLAs/WLAs, etc..
Acknowledging customers and partners promptly and treating them in a courteous manner
Support partners in pursuing and identifying mutual business opportunities.
Finding out what information, or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information
Maintaining a strong working knowledge of customer service portfolio / products
Resolving customers’ queries within agreed authority
Producing meeting notes after any customer/partner meetings, summarizing any actions required, and initiating follow ups.
Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and services, based on customer requirements and market situation
Leading new business proposals
Compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies and professional codes of conduct
Requirements
Graduate Qualifications: A First degree BEng, BSc, BTec, Science or Technology Only from a recognised University REQUIRED.
Post Graduate Qualifications: Master’s degree or Post Graduate Qualification would be of ADVANTAGE.
Experience: 10 -12 years prior marketing or customer service experience in a high tech environment, preferably telecommunications ESSENTIAL.
Certifications and Training Requirements: Relevant IT Certifications (CISCO, JAVA etc.), Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL, Agile, UML, Testing, Certified Associate Business Analyst (CABA), Quality Technician Certification (CQT) etc. would be of ADVANTAGE
