Attend to high profile customers.
Oversee the general business activities.
Hire, train and evaluate new employees.
Ensure that the company or department is on track to meet its financial goal.
Develop and implement budgets.
Prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure the department complies with company policies.
Ensures availability of resources needed to work effectively.

Qualification/Experience

Must be passionate about Interior designs.
Business development skills.
Negotiation and Advisory skills.
Must be organized.
Ability to visualise concepts and explain them to others.
Creativity, style and imagination.
Understand new trends.
Work experience 7-8 years
