Job Title: Senior Educational Consulting & Travel Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We require the services of a very oriented, savvy, and middle-age professional in her mid-to-late 30s that will help execute our business goals. Individual must have a passion for education, mentoring, and nurturing students and young aspiring achievers.
• She is expected to lead initiatives in student educational travels, vocational programs, and our new center of creative learning that is combines innovative learning techniques with concepts in interactive designs and development. Candidate should have experience in any of the following areas: educational consulting, teaching (high schools), and educational travels.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Mass Communication, English
• 4 - 8 years of experience in educational services, student’s recruitments, or education-related profession
• Good personal presentation
• Ability to write and speak English excellently
• Be able to communicate ideas to diverse individuals of different background (students, teachers, lecturers)
• Should be outgoing with good interpersonal and networking skill
• Must be able to speak publicly in front of small group of individuals (clients-company meetings, etc.)
• Be able to sell ideas and market company services to clients convincingly without being aggressive
• Should have had supervisory experience
• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Be able to prioritize projects
• Should be able to use PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and other related software
• Should possess valid driver’s license and international passport (require ability to visit clients location)
• Preferably a woman
• Preferably based in Lagos (preferred locations: must be able to commute to our office locations in Victoria Island and VGC-Ajah area)
• Preference will be given to candidates that are currently available

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and execute recruitments plan for our world-class international Student Educational Travel services
• Coordinate our vocational training program and activities, including marketing, program design and implementation
• Actualize company vision, to educate, nurture, and mentor future talents and achievers, from board-room to the field
• Engage parents, students, teachers, principals, and authorities from high school to college-type institutions
• Visit schools and other locations in order to seek out and inform potential clients (e.g. schools, parents, guardians, etc.) of company unique services
• Organize and coordinate day-to-day or weekly-to-monthly company and clients meetings and information session
• Participate in international travels as required in order to coordinate student's travels and tours
• Track and control respective business cost; and prepare business budget
• Be able to prepare various types of application and assist clients in different application procedures with respect to educational international travels.
• Prepare materials for presentation at meeting and information session.

Remuneration
Monthly Net Salary: N85,000 - N120,000 (take-home pay; not gross).
