Jekmac Consults Job Vacancies for Branch Sales and Marketing Heads

Jekmac Consults, Our client, a leading  provider of affordable houses with convenient  payments options, engaged in real estate development has retained us to source for rain makers to man key sales, marketing and administrative functions in their dynamic organization. The below position is therefore available for suitably qualified candidates.

Position: Branch Sales and Marketing Heads: (Ref. PR 02)

Job Objectives
We are also looking to appoint new Sales and marketing Heads for our branches to set the strategy for the branch’s sales, marketing, planning and distribution activities. This function reports onto the Chief Sales & marketing Officer and shall supervise all the functions of the branch to maximize revenue, balance sales with production and ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and staff motivation and cohesion at the branch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch, motivate the staff and increase the level of sales for the branch.
• Enhance and improve the positioning and image of the brand, create unique customer experiences and contribute to positive relationships between the customers and the company,
• Develop marketing plans and generate the tactics necessary to ensure that those plans are realized
• Keep abreast of market developments, set out and annually review the branch’s sales and marketing strategy and tactics for all products and services and manage the activities of the branch’s sales forces setting targets and work schedules and putting in  place monitoring programs.
• Direct and coordinate all the administrative activities of the branch on a day-to-day basis.

Qualification & Experience:

• Branch Heads must foe professional real estate sales estate People who understand the dynamics of the market and have track records in the industry gained through a excellent economic and business knowledge of the Nigerian market, especially Lagos.
• Applicants must be Degree qualified with a minimum of 2nd class Upper division , the candidate for this position must have a minimum of Six (6) years real estate industry experience, at least 2 of which must have been at middle management levels in an established real estate development firm.
• A professional qualification or Masters degree is an added advantage.
