Berger Paints Nigeria Plc is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Identify, develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of company
• Objectives, market characteristics, and other factors in conjunction with the existing Sales Manage
• Develop and execute an Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategic Plan, sales strategy
• and targets.
• Execute and maintain sales processes and initiatives in accordance with a documented
• Operational Plan.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results, against the
• Operational Plan.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with marketing strategy, processes
• and initiatives.
• Ensure that sales operations are conducted within the constraints of the departmental
• budget.
• Define operating plans, processes and procedures, working with the existing Sales Manager

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in paint business operations or comparable business experience

Requirements

• HND / Degree qualification required
