The ideal candidates for this position should be from the middle to senior management level staff with requisite hands-on experience and proven track records in the mortgage industry.

Job Description

• Responsible for providing leadership to the legal and governance service and ensure that the services provided are efficient, effective and delivers value to the company.

Educational/Professional Qualifications

• A university degree in Law or any related discipline with relevant professional certification. A post graduate degree (MBA, MSc) will be an added advantage.
• 7 years + relevant experience in acting as lead adviser in a reputable firm on matters relating to corporate governance, legal probity and risk management to ensure that high standards exist in the discharge of the firm's functions.
• Extensive knowledge of legal and constitutional matters, and legal administrative procedures.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.
