FirstNation Airways Nigeria Limited is a start-up airline with its headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. The company was founded by former staff of now defunct Bellview Airlines and received its first two leased Airbus A320-200 aircraft (with an average age of 17.3 years) in early April 2011.  First Nation Airways intends to offer domestic and regional scheduled passenger flights.

1.)  Vice President Commercial & Head Of Sales (Nigerian Or Expatriate)

Requirements:
Candidate must be a self starter, able to work with no supervision and run our commercial and sales group, overseeing sales activities in ten countries, setting sales policy, initiating promotion, gather market intelligence and running a very robust and creative commercial team

Candidate will overhaul existing commercial infrastructure, policy, directions and be IT Savy using the IP internet protocol as a major platform. Candidates shall have a University degreellATA UFTA or its equivalent with at least ten years experience in an lATA member airline sales and commercial department, five of which must be in management position in the commercial or sales department.

We seek a dynamic head of ground handling operations, the candidate shall have extensive experience of lATA ground handling procedures and GSE and ULD management and have the ability to negotiate ground handling agreement across our network and turn our ground handling as a stand alone division.

5.)  Cargo Manager

Cargo represents a vital and critical profit centre for us at FirstNation and we are seeking for an exceptional cargo manager to reinvigorate a vibrant cargo department. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of first degree from a reputable University, considerable post qualification training including the lATA diploma in cargo and extensive experience in both cargo operation and sales.
The cargo manager must be a goal getter, well cultured, reliable, versatile and be able to work with little or no supervision. Candidate will need to have a minimum often years experience working for an lATA member carrier and previous working experience in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
