1.)  Vertical Sales Manager (Wide Format)

Job Profile:
The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationship for the Wide Format printing market.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for creating new prospects and increasing awareness of color printing solutions.
• Increasing the Customer base of the company in line with the objectives assigned
• Should be able to understand the client’s current architecture to enable position MFI’s solutions accordingly
• Ensure continued revenue growth & customer retention
• Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel
• Maintain long-term profitable relationship with customer base

Desired Profile:

• A pleasing Personality with the ability and drive to have the objectives completed
• Excellent Presentation & communication Skills is a Must
• Should be from a Solution Selling background
• Should be self-motivated and a team player
• Prior Experience in CRM/ERP/ISP Sales would be an added advantage

The candidate will be responsible for initiating solution selling for the Education segment
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for creating new prospects and increasing awareness of solutions for the education segment
• Increasing the Customer base of the company in line with the objectives assigned

• Increasing the Customer base of the company in line with the objectives assigned
• Should be able to understand the client’s current architecture to enable position MFI’s solutions accordingly
• Ensure continued revenue growth & customer retention
• Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel

Job Profile:
The candidate will be responsible for salling Photocopiers, Printers & MFP's in Volumnes.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Increasing penetration by increasing sales volumes to all propects in Nigeria
• Ensure slaes on a daily basis to reach desired targets.
• Achieve & exceed designed revenue targets

 
Desired Profile:

• A pleasing personality with the ability and drive to have the objectives complted.
• Hardcore sales Background with a will to exceed targets with a never die attitude
• Should be from a Print or Copier Background preferably
• Prior Experience in Selling printers / copiers in corporates will be an added advantage
• Should be Self motivated and able to work independently.
• A thorough understanding of the marketfor print/copy is a must
• Graduate with prior experience of selling printers / copiers (minimum 3 to 4 years for Executive and 6 to 8 years for Territory Managers, and 8 years and above for Sales Managers.

5.)  Customer Care Executive

Job Profile:
The candidate will be responsible for front ending-client related issues
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for receiving client raised issues and resolving the same with inter-department help
• Would be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with respect to issues  logged and TAT for remedy
• Would be responsible for front ending issues raised by clients both pre & post implementations
• Would be responsible for conducting quarterly reviews for clients

Desired Profile:

• A pleasing and dynamic personality with very strong communication skills
• Prior Customer Service experience or Experience in communication with corporate firm is a Must
• Should possess a quality of understanding the clients issues and finding ways to resolve the same prior customer care experience.

6.)  Admin Manager (HR)

The ideal candidates should possess the following qualification:

• Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Mathematics, English & 3 relevant subjects
• NYSC discharge certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum of Second Class Lower Division) obtained from a recognised University OR
• HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) obtained from a reputable Polytechnic/College of Technology in any of the Courses listed Below:
