A Building/Civil Engineering Construction and Processing Company located in Oshogbo, State of Osun, hereby request applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant positions in the organization:

Location: Osun State

1.) Head Projects and Planning (TP/114)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with relevant professional qualifications.
• Additional post graduate degree and administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in construction project planning and must be able to give professional leadership in construction.
• Applicants must have had at least Six (6) years post qualification experience.

2.) Contract Admin Officer (TP/8-1)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Architecture, Building Technology or Quantity Surveying.
• Additional post graduate degree will be an advantage.
• Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in construction tender processes with at least Three (3) years post-graduation experience

3.) Quantity Surveyor (TP/8-l)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Additional post graduate degree or professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in construction cost control, tendering and estimating and full construction project management.

4.) Project Coordinator (TP/8-1)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Architecture, Building Technology Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Applicants must demonstrate sound proficiency in construction process and must be able to develop construction solutions to the developmental process.
• Applicants must have had at least five (5) years post qualification experience.

5.) Construction Health and Safety Officer (TP/7-1)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good polytechnic or university degree in the built environment.
• Certification in Construction Health and Safety is a must.
• Applicants must have had at least Three (3) years post-qualification experience.

6.) Site Supervisors/Agents (TP/7-1)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good polytechnic or university degree in Architecture, Building Technology or Engineering.
• Applicants must have had at least Three (3) years post- qualification experience.

7.) Head Finance and Accounts (TP/11-8)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Accounting with relevant professional qualifications.
• Additional post graduate degree and administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Applicants must have had at least Six (6) years post qualification experience.

8.) Accountant II (TP/7-1)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Accounting.
• Additional post graduate degree will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Quantity Surveying, Purchasing and Supply, or Management.

Qualifications:

11.) Head Admin and Human Resources (TP/11-8)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a good degree in Management or Administration With relevant professional qualifications.
• Additional post graduate degree and administrative experience will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a Driver’s license and School Certificate.
• A reasonable level f literacy is expected.
