Sirius Associates Limited - Our client, an Insurance company licensed to transact business in Nigeria, requires qualified candidates for the vacant position:

Job Title: Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirement
Candidates should:

• Be Knowledgeable about International Financial Reporting Standards and economic principles.
• Have knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
• Have knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications.
• Be able to prepare financial management reports.
• Be capable of generating accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Be able to resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Have the ability to collect and analyze financial information, recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial issues.
• Have a minimum of seven years’ experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
• Be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or equivalent,
• Have a first degree in any discipline.
