W-holistic business Solutions seeks to recruit qualified individuals for the position of an Accountant for its clients in the following industry (Financial Services, Food and Beverages, Courier Services and Furniture).

W-Holistic Business Solutions is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: nationwide

Responsibilities

• To coordinate the management of books of accounts and general ledger and ensure that all postings/entries are effected in accordance with Standard Accounting Practices and regulatory provisions.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating budgeting and management reporting functions, ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with financial management principles.
• Manage the organisations accounts in a manner that ensure the attainment of financial and corporate goals
• Carry on standard operation procedures for daily procedures and processes
• Production of statutory accounts, balance sheet etc
• Ensure allocated statutory accounts are prepared and reviewed
• Other activities as may be assigned by the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc. in any accounting or administrative discipline
• Minimum of 3 – 6 years’ experience in a related position
• Professional qualification in ICAN, ACCA is compulsory
• Must be skilled in accounting software packages
• Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel.
• High acumen for figure, accuracy and attention to details
• Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit
• Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthiness, discretion & confidentiality
