We are looking for a Software Sales Technician to assist in our expansion efforts.

Job Title: Software Sales Technician

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• This role will be approximately 30% sales and customer care, 30% research (online and offline) and 30% technical work. Additional training will be given for the technical role, but the candidate must have the technical skills detailed in "person specification", below.

• The candidate is expected to deal with clients' queries promptly and respectfully at all times.
• The starting pay for the job is: N50,000 per month plus a very generous Bonus scheme. The starting salary will cover an initial 3 month trial period and will be raised depending on the employee's performance. Person Specification

Essential:

• Must be well-spoken
• Must have a good command of written and spoken English
• Must have a good, polite telephone manner
• Must have good computer skills
• Will be reasonably skilled in the use of common PC applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, ... etc

• Must be a graduate or of graduate calibre preferably with a computing or related degree
• Must be willing to improve his/her technical skills

Desirable:

• Should have basic web-building skills [eg HTML, JavaScript, PHP]
• Should be able to work on own initiative
• Should have a 2 years experience of working in an office environment

Task Includes

• Answer phone calls for EasyWare
• Visit clients' sites and demonstrate EasyWare's software products as and when required.
• Visit clients' sites to assist with troubleshooting as and when required.
• Research (online AND offline) on various tasks as specified

• Data input/document-scanning etc etc
• Testing all new releases of our software

Starting Salary (For the first 3 months):
N50,000 + Bonus
