GVA Partners is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Siebel Application Support

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

L2 / L3 Support within the ITIL framework
Platform Health-check on the Siebel production environment
Proactive - Application and System Monitoring
Deploy Siebel release onto production environment
Trouble-shoot application related problems on Production
Incident Analysis and Resolution for all production Incident Cases
Root Cause Analysis of Incidents.
Coordinate and monitor Data Loads in production
Report performance to Service/Program Management
In-life issues / resolution and co-ordination
Housekeeping and Log Archival
Responding to Request, Adhoc Queries etc via ITIL framework Service Requests
Implement certain minor configuration changes subject to approval of the Siebel Change requests Board, which does not have an impact e2e or major change in functionality
Test the resolution for production issues on a pre-production representative environment
Implementing new automation jobs using Unix shell scripting
Strong Siebel CRM functional knowledge.
