Job Title: Associate Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Description:
An Associate Consultants will evaluate the business and technical fields for our various client engagement. He or she has to identify the problems, offer recommendations and assist in implementing the proposed solutions for the organization. He or she has to participate in the important client based meetings. The consultants also need to fulfill the management related tasks such as working with the managers for defining the hypotheses, developing of the commercialized insights etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead different modules of project works and driving analytical insights.
• Provide coaching to analysts in the key research and data securing activities.
• Review the research work properly, direct and provide the quality control for team’s analytical and research work.
• Build complex economical models to assess the influence of tactical options on the future performance of the products.
• Undertake the analytical projects consisting of the adaptive analysis.
• Help managers and partners in defining the hypotheses.
• Develop the insights of commercial nature and communicate the results to the clients.
• Provide as a strong foundation for own career growth, the development of novel management and strategic tools.
• Review and summarize the internal data of the client.
• Maintain collaboration with the case team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on the analyses.

Education and Skill Requirements

• Past working experience in consulting, project management or related field.
• Strong academic background. A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• MBA degree is most preferable
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Enterprise Project Management is highly preferable.
• Project Management certifications – PRINCE2 Practitioner and or PMP.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to do the job.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills to analyses the different aspects of a project or business problem carefully.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to advise people correctly on different important issues
• Leadership skills to lead self and others.
• Good organizational abilities to organize work, people and resources effectively
