Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

• Handling of all legal issues.
• Handling of all contractual responsibilities involving the company and associates.
• Issue correspondences for and on behalf of the MD!CE to Contractors, Legal Consultants, and other companies having transactions with the company
• Provide professional legal advice to the MDICE on contractual issues.
• Any other assigned jobs.

Requirements:
The Suitable candidate must possess:

• LLB, BL (Law).
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Law.
• Must not be more than 32 yrs.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed.
• Must be hardworking, willing to learn and with a high level of attention to details.
