TATA Africa Services (Nigeria) Limited is part of an international automobile group engaged in the distribution of TATA vehicles in Nigeria. We require the services of young, energetic, and experience Nigerian professionals to fill the following vacant position.

1.)  Customer Care Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and Responsibility

• A minimum degree in automotive engineering from a reputable institution.
• Responsible for all customer care and related functions.
• Excellent communication skills and smart personality.
• Amiable disposition and good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license (Light /heavy commercial vehicles)
• Automotive experience with minimum of 10-15 years on similar Position

2.)   Service Advisor

Required Qualification, Experience and Responsibilities

• OND/HND in Auto or Mechanical Eng. BE or B.Sc will get first choice
• Responsible for customer relationship and service delivery
• Valid driving license (Iight/heavy commercial vehicles )
• Smart males with experience in Auto dealership on similar position

3.)  Customer Care Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and Responsibiliies

• Graduates in any faculty. Tech background will give preference
• Responsible for customer care related functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Smart males / females with experience in customer care

4.)   Spare Parts Assistants

Required Qualification, Experience and Responsibilities

• OND / HND from a reputable institution
• Young and energetic
• Males with experience in automotive spare parts

5.)  Workshop Floor Supervisor (Commercial Vehicle)

Required Qualification and Experience

• HND / BSc /BE in Auto or Mechanical Eng.
• Young and energetic.
• Hands on technical skills will be preferred
• Experience in auto dealership or large fleet operators

6.)  Auto Mechanic (Diesel)

Required Qualification and Experience

• Trade test Certificate Opinion
• Experience in auto dealers or large fleet operators on truck

7.)   Auto Mechanic (Petrol)

Required Qualification and Experience

• Trade test Certificate Diploma
• Experience in auto dealership on ccars with MPFI system

8.)  Auto Electrician (Diesel)

Required Qualification and Experience

• Trade test Certificate Diploma
• Experience in auto dealers or large fleet operators on truck

9.)   Auto Electrician (Petrol)

Required Qualification and Experience

• Trade test Certificate Diploma
• Experience in auto dealers or large fleet operators on truck

10.)  Key Accounts Officers

Required Qualification, Experience and Responsibilities

• Graduates in any faculty.
• Tech background will give preference.
• Young and energetic.
• Smart males / females with experience in key accounting holding

General Requirements

• Young and energetic(not more than 35 years of age).
• A good degree/diploma in Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident, outgoing, sociable character.
• Experience in sales of automobiles would be a definite 1 advantage.
• Valid driving license
• Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines.
• A person without experience in Auto industry but lengthy experience in customer care and meeting other criteria can be considered for applicant (I) only.
• A good degree/diploma in any faculty for applicant (3&10)
