More importantly, we don't charge premium rate to use our service. We are into existence to fill the information gap which existed between customers and their finding products/services in Nigeria. We want to engage a smart, innovative and self-driven person as Customer Care Executive

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

The successful Customer Care Executive will have responsibility for:

Providing excellent customer services to all the customers
Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls
Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for customers
Responding promptly to social media enquiries
Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer complaint’s
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues
Managing administration duties

Skills & Specifications:

Degree in any discipline
Proficiency In Word & Excel
Typing Speed: 30w/m
Spelling Aptitude
Preferred: Hausa Speaking
