Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

Location: Kwara State

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor dedicated e- Library Internet bandwidth according to policies established by the University Librarian and the Head of the e-Library
• Configure and manage the e.Library LAN servers;
• Supervise and Train the e- Library System Analyst and other staff in bandwidth management and Linux Administration;
• Provide the Head of the e Library with technical and Strategic guidance for the operations in the e-Library LAN and its Internet connection with best practices and the latest technology.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of e Library or University Librarian

Requirement
Candidates must possess the following:

• SSCE/GCE (O/Level) with five (5) credits including Mathematics and English Language
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Physics with at least Second Class Honours Lower Division.
• Master Degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a University e-Library environment.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills experience with Linux Administrative and Window Servers as well as in setting up and managing software applications.

Remuneration
The successful candidate will be entitled to the salary and other conditions of service as are applicable to other Federal Universities in Nigeria.
