1.)  Graduate Trainee (GT 01)

Requirements:

• Applicants who successfully pass through our selection process will be exposed to our routine business processing cycle.
• At the end of the 12 months training program, successful applicants would be placed on positions that would enhance their performance while adding long term value to the system

Qualifications and Attributes:

• First degree (Minimum of second class lower) HND or NCE (Minimum of Lower credit) in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology etc.) Crop production, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Agric Engineering and social sciences from a reputable institution
• Must have completed NYSC
• Age: Not more than 26 years

3.)  Quality Control Officer (QCO 03)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• BSc/HND in Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Food and Nutrition Sciences etc.
• Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience in similar position
• Researches, Product development, process improvements etc in a cocoa processing Factory.
• Age: 35- 40 years.

4.)  Human Resource Manager (HRM 04)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Minimum of 4-5 years cognate working experience in Accounting, Account Payroll etc in a related Manufacturing outfit.

7.)  Internal Control Supervisors (ICS 07)

Qualifications and Attributes:

8.)  Production Manager (PM 08)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Minimum of 7-10 years cognate working experience in a production line, manufacturing, operation etc, specifically in cocoa processing factory.
• Ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Age: between 35-45 years

9.)  Production Supervisors (PS 09)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Admin and other related discipline
• Postgraduate degree in finance. Risk Management etc. as well as professional qualification as ACA, ACCA, ICMA etc.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of working experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Inspections etc, in a related manufacturing outfit
• Age: between 30-40 years

10.) Process Control Officer (PCO 10)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• BSc/HND Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology etc
• Previous working experience is not essential
• But applicants of age between 23-30 years would be an added advantage.

11.)  Safety, Health & Environmental Officer (SHEO 11)

Qualifications and Attributes

• BSc/HND Microbiology, Environmental Science or any other related discipline
• Membership of Nigerian Institute of Safetry Professionnals.
• Minimum of 2 years cognate working experience in the same position
• Age: Not more than 35 years

12.)  Purchasing Officer (PO 12)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• BSc/HND in Purchasing and Supply or any other related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years cognate working experience in similar position

13.)  Store Keeper (TSK 13)

Qualifications and Attributes:

• BSc/HND/NCE in Statistics, Accounting Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply or any other related discipline in store management/warehousing
• Technical School Diploma, OND in maintenance or electrical NCE etc.
• Minimum of 2 years cognate working experience in similar position
• Membership of Institute of Purchasing and supply will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office for inventory control e.g. Sage, pastel etc.
• Previous experience should be in related manufacturing outfit
• Age: between 30-35 years

14.)  Technicians

(14 A.) Electrical/Electronics Technician (EET 14A)

Responsibilities

• Installation, Repairs, maintenance and Operation of food processing equipments.
• Disposing and repairs of PLC Control panels with contractor /soft starter motor control centre.

Qualification / Requirements

• OND/Technical School Diploma/NCE/ C and G in Electrical Electronics.
• 3-5 years cognate working experience in electrical/electronic equipments in a manufacturing company
• Age: not be more than 35 years

(14 B) Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician (RAT 14B)

Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

• Installation, Repairs, maintenance and Operation of food processing equipments.
• Disposing and repairs of PLC Control panels with contractor /soft starter motor control centre.
• OND/Technical School Diploma/NCE/ C and G in Electrical Electronics.
• 3-5 years cognate working experience in electrical/electronic equipments in a manufacturing company
• Previous experience must be in installation and maintenance of
• Air conditioning and industrial chiller
• Age: between 25-35years

15.) Machine Operators (MO 15)

To operate automated machines in a cocoa processing factory

Qualifications:

• Trade test, NCE/C and G in any relevant Engineering course or other related food sciences while qualified applicant will be exposed to training on the job
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in cocoa processing factory
• Age: not be more than 35years

NB: All candidates should possession of minimum of intermediate level IT skills is mandatory.
