Job Title: Ebola Project Manager & Project Coordinator

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Both Project Manager & Project Coordinator will work on the following tasks.

The Project Manager and Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate Ebola Emergency Response activities in the assigned country. Tasks include:

• Assist Emergency Operations Center and Government to determine additional staffing support needs
• Develop job descriptions, hire staff, evaluate staff performance in operational roles
• Set-up local infrastructure to manage HR and finances
• Assist in the creation and management of the Emergency Operations Centers (national and sub-national)
• Determine solutions to communication and internet issues between national and sub-national facilities
• Manage data collection strategies and systems surrounding ebola
• Assess data collection needs and propose solutions
• Develop partner landscape mapping and develop communication sharing procedures between partners
• Provide logistics support for bringing in technology equipment, medical equipment, and prefab buildings into the country
• Procurement of necessary items and equipment
• Provide asset management and tracking tools as well as fleet management systems
• Provide any additional support needed to contain the Ebola outbreak.
• Project Manager and Project Coordinator positions will be decided on by eHealth Africa staff and will be based off the applicants experience.
