Web Service Manager at TTC Mobile Limited

Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 per month

Job Description
As Web Service Manager, you will act as the Chief Marketing Officer for this department, developing and executing strategies to guarantee continues stream of customers for the web services department. In addition to this primary duty, you will also be responsible for:

• the day-to-day management of the Web Services department
• serving as knowledge expert for social media
• determining and documenting best practices for using social networks in support of business and helping clients utilize external services and applications
• leading testing and QA activities within Web Design and Development
• devising and documenting standards for project quality assurance, browser support and accessibility compliance
• creating and maintaining tools for ensuring testing and certification activities can occur in a repeatable method
• serving as client liaison for web hosting, DNS registration and SSL certificate services
• analyzing business functions and work processes

Requirements
A University degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience required or demonstrable equivalent experience; project or team management experience highly desired; must have demonstrable familiarity with core Web concepts (page structure, content management systems, web analytics and browser testing); experience with Web Trends or Google Analytics preferred; must be able to work off hours and weekends as needed; familiarity or experience working with web accessibility standards preferred; previous experience within the IT or education industries a plus; excellent organization and communication skills.
