Adekunle Ajasin University 5th Convocation Ceremony Programme

The 5th Convocation Ceremony of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, for the 2011/2012 to 2012/2013 academic sessions for conferment of First Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, Higher Degrees, Honorary Degrees and Presentation of Prizes, has been scheduled for Thursday, 6th to Friday, 7th November, 2014, at the Multipurpose Hall of the University, at 10:00a.m. each day.

Graduating students for First Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas and Higher Degrees are expected to pay the sum of N4, 000.00, N4, 500.00 and N5, 000.00 respectively, out of which the sum of N500.00 is refundable on return of Academic Robe in good condition.

Graduating students are to pay through Bank draft to be obtained from any licenced commercial Bank issued in favour of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, and present the draft to the respective Faculty Accountants from Monday, 3rd November, 2014, and collect Academic Robe, Certificate Holder, Convocation Brochure and Invitation Cards from their Faculty Officers on presentation of the receipts obtained from the Faculty Accountants.

Payment is mandatory for all graduating students.

All members of the State Executive Council, the University Governing Council, staff, graduands, alumni, students, parents, guardians and the entire public are by this announcement, cordially invited.
