This is a key position within the organisation, whose focus will be to drive and maximize the production from current asset base.

Job Description

• We are currently seeking to identify an experienced Production Technologist who is keen to join a dynamic organisation that has seen tremendous growth over the past year and play a leading role in their Production Department as the Senior Production Technologist.
• You will be expected to have exceptional technical skills that will allow you a thorough understanding and application of the key drivers of operations and well and reservoir management, alongside the ability to translate complex operational/development issues in to simple solutions.
• In addition to this, your business acumen will prove essential in implementing fit for purpose business processes, translating and articulating technical solutions in to key business drivers, HSE, Cost and Production with the purpose of maximising production and driving the bottom-line in the short, medium and long term for the organisation.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10-15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria,ideally with some level of exposure Internationally, covering both land, swamp and deepwater experience.
• Track record in Field Development Planning and execution, Completion design, Dynamic Well behavior, Lift curves, de-bottleneck analysis, Material Balance, Drainage pattern & Well and Reservoir recovery optimization, PVT analysis, Well Test design and execution,
• Track record in Production System Asset Optimization, Reservoir Planning & Monitoring, Lift Modelling, Forecasting, by Asset, Reservoir and by string,
• Full dynamic understanding from reservoir to point of sales, including lift, sampling, testing, processing, measuring, losses, hydrocarbon accounting etc…
• Asset Stewardship, with particular focus on Integrity, HSE, full understanding of Resource reporting and Asset & Reservoir optimization
• Technical innovator and entrepreneur, track record in finding solutions to increasing the recovery per dollar invested and operated.
• A recognized leader in the discipline
• Excellent technical and communication skills with a strong emphasis on teamwork

Remuneration

• N25,000,000 + Benefits.
