The Institute of Governance and Social Research (IGSR) is non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non-governmental research oriented organization based in Jos. IGSR Is implementing a 3 year Peace-Building Project in Jos and its environs, funded by Nigeria Stability and Reconciliation Programme (NSRP) and UK Department for International Development (DFID).

As part of the organization's staff capacity building, it seeks to employ experienced, intelligent, creative and dynamic persons to join its project team as:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Jos

Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• The Account Department of the project;
• Manage all finance allocations and maintain financial records, books and ensure compliance with all financial policies;
• Prepare and review Quarterly and Annual Financial reports prior to its submission;
• Report to the Project Leader on the financial status of the Project and
• Any other matter related to the management of the project.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field with at least 10 years experience in the field, especially working with NGOs.
