PharmAccess Foundation is a nonprofit international organisation dedicated to affordable access to quality health care in Africa. The expertise within PharmAccess includes health insurance, healthcare quality, healthcare financing, I-fly/AIDS corporate programs, mobile health and healthcare infrastructure. In Nigeria, PharmAccess Health Insurance supports the design and implementation of the Kwara State Community Health Insurance Scheme and the Ogun State Community Health Insurance Scheme (CBHIS), the latter as part of the African Health Markets for Equity (AHME) program.

To provide strategic support to the Kwara State and Ogun State CBHIS and their implementing partners. PharmAccess is looking for experienced professionals for the vacant position of:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Support and oversee the development of marketing strategies, plans, annual marketing budgets, enrollment (sales and retention) projections, marketing materials and consumer campaigns for the Kwara State and Ogun State CBHIS
• Conduct marketing research, analysis and in-field monitoring to identify marketing opportunities, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented marketing strategies, assess client experiences and provide recommendations to program partners on refinements of strategies and tools
• Build capacity of all programs partners in marketing strategy, implementation and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness
• Supervise the PharmAccess Marketing Officers for the Kwara State and Ogun State CBHIS
• Coordinate internal reporting on marketing implementation and results in the programs on a monthly basis
• Support the analysis of marketing reports/enrollment dashboard and provide feedback to partners
• In this position, you will report functionally to the Health Plans Director based in Lagos with technical supervision from the Senior Manager Marketing & Research in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or an equivalent, preferably complemented with education in areas as marketing research, marketing analysis, communications or media planning, and business administration
• Experience in conducting marketing research (e.g. surveys, group discussions), marketing analysis, developing enrollment (i.e. sales and retention) projections and setting targets
• A minimum of five years professional experience of consumer marketing of which at least two years in the low-income sector of Nigeria
• Experience in creating marketing strategy and implementation plans, annual marketing budgets, managing marketing activities and monitoring and evaluating marketing outcomes
• Background in managing multiple organizations and/or multiple marketing teams in one project
• Fluent in oral and written Yoruba and Pidgin English
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Be prepared to travel and work in underserved communities in Kwara State and Ogun State

• Candidates need to be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and with a minimum of supervision
