Job Description
The organization requires the services of a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategy and policy across the human resource value chain in accordance with the organisations corporate strategy. The successful candidate is expected to evolve the human resource function from an operational and transactional business unit into a strategic business support unit by performing the following key roles:

• Function as an internal HR consultant and business partner to the operating companies within the group.
• Coordinate the performance management process across the entire organiastion and support all employees through the process.

Requirements
The Person:

• B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field
• Between 7 - 10 years experience in human resource administration or any related and relevant professions.
• Candidate must have excellent people management, business presentation and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of customer and industry dynamics and requirements will also be useful.
• The ideal candidate must be a member of a relevant professional body such as CIPM
