Job Description
The organization requires the services of an Administration Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day to day business operations of the organisation. The successful candidate is expected to develop and maintain a continually effective and efficient system by performing the following key roles:

• Develop business policies and processes that support the efficient management of the business and oversee their application and implementation across the organisation.
• Negotiate Service Level Requirements and Service Level Agreements with corporate customers, contractors and suppliers as required by the organisation.
• Liaise with relevant regulatory agencies to ensure all licenses and permits required for the organisation to operate are paid for as at when due.

Requirements
The Person:

• B.Sc in any social science degree, business administration or any related field
• Between 7 - 10 years experience in the Health sector, three (3) of which must have been spent at managerial level.
• Candidate must have excellent people management, oral and written communication and business negotiation and presentation skills.
• The ideal candidate must be a member of relevant professional bodies such as Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria.
