Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Asaba, Delta State

Requirements
What We Need:

• A (PMP Certified) Project Manager in a wide variety of residential and commercial buildings and the use of Ms. Project and should also have the technical depth in Civil Engineering to be able to manage complex Engineering projects and collaborate knowledgeably with our management team.
• Have experience in Bulk Earth Filling, liquid limits, Road Indication Test, Plastic, Sand Test, and AutoCAD designs.
• Evaluate the project schedule, resources, and control through a more technical lens.
• Technical specification review and resolution.
• Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of
• contract documents.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ability to be a team player.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any related discipline an added advantage with PMP.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience.
• Accommodation will be provided for candidate residing in Asaba and Delta
• Sex: Male/Female
• Age between 35 - 45 years

Remuneration
N 500,000.00
