ProSellers Nigeria Limited - Our client is a recent entrant into the residential real estate development sector, leveraging on the experience of the parent company in partnership with credible foreign firms. The company has perfected all necessary plans to develop affordable residential housing units and other mixed use developments initially in Lagos and subsequently expanding to Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing

Job Description

• We are now seeking to employ a self-driven candidate with an enviable track record of industry success to occupy the position of Head, Sales and Marketing.
• Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will provide overall direction and leadership for the conceptualization and successful execution of the organization’s sales and marketing efforts.
• He/she will take overall responsibility for the achievement of the organization’s sales targets within agreed budgets and increase the company's market share by identifying, developing and securing new business.

Qualifications
In addition to excellent personal attributes, the right candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in a numerical discipline, with minimum of 2-1 from a reputable university. A Master’s degree and membership of relevant professional bodies will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 12 years post-graduation work experience in Real Estate, Construction sector or Mortgage banking, at least 5 of which must be in senior/middle management role – managing Real Estate sales/marketing activities and demonstrating extensive knowledge in the development, deployment and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Off-plan sales and brand development experience.
• Ability to use Real Estate analytics and tools

Remuneration

• The successful candidate can expect a compensation package that is in line with the industry standards, but above average. The position will be entitled to fringe benefits (car / driver) on confirmation.
