The Management Committee of Adeyemi College of Education, ACE Staff No 1 Cooperative Multipurpose Society limited hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of a Consultant for the establishment of MicroFinance Bank.

Job Title: Consultant

Location: Ondo State

Duties
The duties of the successful candidate would include but not limited to, the undertisted:

• To formally register a Unit Microfinance Bank for the Society.
• To prepare detailed feasibility report of the proposed MFB to the CBN for registration.
• To prepare the Draft Memorandum and "Article of Association" of the MFB and present them to the CBNfor the registration.
• To register the proposed MFB with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) after a written Approval-In-Principle (AlP) has been obtained.
• To carry out all other duties that will guarantee registration of the proposed MFB

Qualifications
Candidates must:

• Possess good honours Degree/HND and/or professional qualifications with at least seven years post qualification experience in Banking or related industry.
• Possess NYSC discharge certificate.
• Be computer literate with proven ability.
• Be morally sound with impeccable character and high integrity free from financial embarrassment and enjoy sound physical and mental health.
• Be resourceful, full of initiatives and highly enterprising.
• Possession of an MBA is an added advantage.
• Candidates for the post must demonstrate evidence of strong Banking experience or from related industry and display outstanding Consultancy experience.

Terms of Appointment

• The appointment shall take a probation period of 6 months within which the registration must have been fully secured. However, the Consultant may be converted to the Managing Director of MFB after careful consideration by the Board of Directors.
