The King Amachree African University is a private university situated in the city of Cotonou Republic of Benin. The university aims to spur the technological and industrial development in Africa through breeding and production of innovative, competent ethical, self-reliant and enterprising graduates.

The King Amachree African University is hereby publishing vacancies for suitably qualify Academic and Non Academic staff to fill in the following positions:

1.) Vice Chancellor

• Should be a Professor with at least 10 years of administrative proficiency.

2.) Deputy Vice-Chancellor

• Should be a Professor with at least 5 years of administrative proficiency.

3.) Registrar

• Should be an administrator with at least a Master's degree and holds professional qualification in relation to the field of administration and management, with at least 10 years working experience.

4.) Bursar

• Should possess a Master's degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, Management, and Business Administration.
• Must be a holder of any of the following professional qualification. ACCA, ACA, CNA, CPA, ETC. with 5 years working experience.

5.) Librarian

• Should possess a Master's degree in Library study and have at least 3 years working experience in related field. Professional qualification is an additional advantage.
• Applicant must also be extensively computer literate.

ACADEMIC STAFF POSITIONS
The University also advertises for qualified staff (Lecturers, Senior Lecturers Readers and Professors) to cover the following vacant positions:

A.) FACULTY OF ARTS

1.) Department of Music

• Applicants must hold at least a Master's degree in Music
• Five (5) years and above working experience as a lecturer or music instructor
• Professional qualification in Music, PhD degree holders and Professors are additional advantage

2.) Department of Mass Communication/Journalist (School of Media)

• Applicants should possess at least a Master's degree in Mass Communication
• Must have been in the teaching field / practice for at least a period of 4 years

3.) Department of Theatre Arts and Film Studies (Cinematography)

• Applicants must possess a master degree in theater art and film studies or cinematography
• 5 years working experience and above.

1.) Department of Automotive Engineering

• Applicants should have at least a Master's degree in automotive engineering.

2.) Department of Computer Engineering.

• Applicants must possess at least a Master's degree in computer engineering, with at least 3 years working experience.

• The clerical support staff of the Vice Chancellor shall possess a minimum of OND or its equivalent and must be computer literate.

• The head of this department shall possess a minimum of first degree in Curriculum Studies with five (5) years working experience. Professional qualification shall be an added advantage.

2.) Council Officer

• Applicant should possess a minimum of first degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related discipline with five (5) years working experience. Professional qualification shall be an added advantage.

3.) Admission Officer

• Applicant must possess at least a first degree in Public Administration and/or related field with five (5) years working experience. Applicants with proficiency in English and French will be an additional advantage.

4.) Establishment Officer

• Applicant must possess at least a first degree in Public Administration, Management, Office Administration or any related field. Holders of professional qualification shall be an added advantage.

5.) Senate Officer

• Applicant must possess at least a first degree from a reputable University in Office Administration, Secretarial Administration, Public Administration or any related field with at least five (5) years of working experience. Professional qualification is an added advantage.

E.) Bursary Department

1.) Account Officers

• Applicants must possess at least a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management and any other related field. He/she must have three (3) years working experience. Professional qualification will be an additional advantage

2.) Clerical Officers

• Applicants must possess an OND in Accounting or any related field.

F.) Technical Department

1.) The Director of Works

• Applicant must possess at least Bachelor of Engineering, and shall be COREN and NSE registered; Masters in Engineering or a PhD degree shall be an added advantage.
