Job Objectives

We are looking for experienced cooks who would like to join a high-profile company that can deliver excellent career progression and a fun working environment.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of HND in any related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years.

Requirements
The requirements include but not limited to the following;

• Preparing and presenting food in an aesthetically pleasing way for guests.
• Supervise, organize and instruct other personnel working in the kitchen to ensure that recipes are prepared correctly.
• Ability to estimate how much food clients will consume and order and ensuring that that amount is prepared.
• They are also in charge of keeping stock of food and ordering supplies when things run low.
• Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen.
• Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders.
• Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food.
• Producing menus and new dishes.
• Age: 25 - 30 years.

Salary:
35,000.00
