About The Test
We hope the questions will comprise of Abstract Reasoning and Quantitative ability questions. Abstract reasoning questions test your ability to identify patterns presented in diagrammatic form and are not dependent on your knowledge of English or maths. They are considered to be an accurate indicator of your general intellectual ability. Abstract reasoning ability is believed to be the best indicator of fluid intelligence and your ability to learn new things quickly.
The Quantitative ability is designed to measure basic mathematical skills, and understanding of elementary mathematical concepts, as well as the ability to reason quantitatively and to solve problems in a quantitative setting.
We do not have Workforce Aptitude Test format, but according to the people who took Workforce Management Ability Tests in the past said sometimes they lift questions from Gmat 2011 (shl revised) and GRE. So, we expect applicants to be formilar with their GMATs and GRE.
Wishing you goodluck in the Aptitude Test.
