The Nigerian office of a global skin health company is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Rep

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Arranging appointments with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, spas and other skin care practitioners, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
Making presentations to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, spas and other skin care practitioners.
Organising conferences for plastic surgeons, dermatologists, spas and other skin care practitioners;
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff of Squareedge and supporting administrative staff;
Managing marketing budgets and business development budgets;
Keeping detailed records and database of all contacts;
Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
Keeping up to date with the latest product information supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, spas and other skin care practitioners during presentations;
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
Maintaining knowledge of new developments in the health sector in Nigeria, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly;
Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, spas and other skin care practitioners
Staying informed about the activities of health services in Nigeria.

Remuneration

Fixed Pay will be a gross annual salary of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Naira only (N1,200,000.00) and variable pay will be percentage of profit on new business developed.

Role is entitled to an international training available at the company's head office in the United States every year.
