1.) Brand Manager (Lagos) - WFMC/01
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to communicate the products of the company to consumers through different brand management initiative.
Key Functions
- Identify and manage key promotional activities against approved budget
- Develop initiatives that would increase brand market share and brand growth
Qualification and Experience
- B.Sc preferably in Marketing/Business Management
- 4 - 6 years of overall Marketing experience of which 1-2 years must be at a Brand/Product Management level
- FMCG industry experience is MANDATORY
2.) Regional Sales Manager (Northern and Eastern Regions) - WFMC/02
Job Purpose
- To be responsible and accountable for the achievement of Regional Volume, Market Share and Profit Objectives In each area in Region through own people and 3rd Party
- Agents and deliver1he Customer, Consumer & Shopper propositions at the point of purchase.
Key Functions
- Assists in development of Sales Standards & Procedures and setting
- Manage and control regional overhead expenditure
- Conduct Regional Trade volts with Distribution Centre/own people to measure performance against standards
- Ensures full Implementation of Channel/Customer cycle plans in every store in the region
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years sales management experience in an FMCG environment
- B.Sc/HND in a related field
3.) Sales Representative (Lagos) - WFMC/03
Job Role
- Serves customers by selling product; meeting customers’ needs.
- The tasks of salespersons are to demonstrate their products and then give advice to their clients on the way that they can achieve cost solving and increase revenues.
Key Functions
- Acquire knowledge of the market conditions to old sales.Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
- Discover sale prospects and contact them with other accounts as assigned.
- Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc /HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with a minimum of 2 years sales experience in an FMCG producing packaged food
- Must be computer literate, must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must hove track record of achieving sales volume
4.) Cost Accountant - WFMC/04
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to ensure that all covering materials and production costs, costs of sales, product development and overhead. Analyzes and monitors row material inventory.
Key Functions
- Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs; this Includes product margin reporting and analytical.
- Compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
- Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax. schedules and others.
Qualifcations & Experience
- First degree In Accounting or related field; ICAN will be on added advantage
- 5 - 7 years work experience in production of packaged food
5.) Assistant Production Manager (Lagos) - WFMC/05
Job Purpose
To manage the units efficiencies and overall capacity of the production facility to ensure optimum performance and quality per shift.
Key Functions
- Monitor row material availability and cleanliness, water addition and roll settings to keep product within specification.
- Liaise with main laboratory with respect to product compliance to specification.
- Take corrective action on any Instances of product non-compliance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc (Engineering) or HND (Engineering)
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
6.) Technicians (Lagos) - WFMC/06
Job Purpose
Ensure all factory equipments ore funetion1ng to the maximum with minimum down time in all areas
Key Functions
- In collaboration with the facility ronqer, plan and implement regular planned preventive maintenance in order to ensure minimum lost time due to breakdowns;
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for the maintenance of all equipment
- Conduct audits (equipment safety standards) within a quality management system and evaluation of results thereof
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have at least WASC/SSCE
- Post Metric Qualification in Production or Operations Management
- 3 years experience in a food manufacturing environment Is MANDATORY (Biscuit)
- Computer literate
- Applicant should have expertise in areas of Electronics, Electromechanical, and Mechanical/Plant Maintenance
