Save the Children is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Consultant (Analysis of Nutrition commitment and budget at the National level in Nigeria)

Location: Nigeria

Job Descriptions

• The consultancy will collect information on total expenditure by Government nutrition interventions.
• Additional information on the challenges associated with the release of funds for nutrition intervention will be collected.
• Develop a checklist that will be used for regular tracking and monitoring of nutrition budget and program at the National and Sub-national levels.

Qualifications

• S/he should have an Advanced University Degree in Nutrition or Public Health
• Experience in health budget tracking and financing;
• At least 7 years' experience of progressive responsible professional work at the national and international levels on public policies and plans;
• Substantive overall understanding of nutrition in Nigeria;
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• The timeframe for this consutancy is expected to be a total of 10 days
