Golden Pasta Company, a division of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, is recruiting to fill the following positions:

1.)  SHE Manager

Job Reference:  SMR 12
Position:  SHE MANAGER
Department:  Golden Pasta Company

Summary of Duties:

• Set safety, health and environment objectives for the site and implement programmes to achieve them
• Maintain and update the company’s safety, health and environment rules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and global best practices
• Collaborate with line managers in analyzing hazards and coordination of incident investigation in other to identify and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with host communities to evaluate and monitor the impact of the company’s operations on the environment
• Manage the company’s relationship with relevant regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Must have a can-do attitude
• Must be honest
• Able to work under pressure on tight schedules
• Able to multi-task
• Must have good auditing and report writing skills
• First degree and/or equivalent
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
• At least five years of practical experience as SHE Manager

2.) Electrical Engineer

Job Reference:  EER 12
Position:  ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Department:  Golden Pasta Company
 
Summary of Duties:

• Coordinate the activities of supervisors and resolve issues that come up in the course of production.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repair, servicing and replacement to maintain optimum performance.
• Manage all the electrical systems in the factory to ensure optimum performance
• Ensure electrical safety of the plants.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 O/L credits including English  Language and Mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.

3.)  Instrumentation Engineer

Job Reference:  IER 12
Position:  INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
Department:  Golden Pasta Company

Summary of Duties:

• Should handle all the software related issues. Create and maintain proper back up of all the programs.
• Maintain all the electronic equipments.
• Maintain calibration records and schedule for all the measuring and weighing equipments.
• Maintain all the electronic spares assemblies in working condition.
• Handling all the software related activities in both Iganmu and Agbara.
• Implement the recommended development activities.
• Develop a test kits and methods for calibrating all the measuring equipments.
• Maintain all the process lines computers.
• Maintain the critical electronic spare parts.

Requirements

• B.Sc/ HND ,Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation disciplines.
• 5 O/Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics
• Minimum 5  years post qualification experience
• Good knowledge on the software configuration and systems/Trouble shooting.
• Good team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of PROFIBUS networks.
• Knowledge of RS VIEW, WINCC SCADA will be an added advantage.
