We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Nigeria
Report to the Store and Inventory Manager

Key Elements of the Role
Support the Store and Inventory Manager in achieving the following:

• Define the strategic direction for the Warehouse functions which align with the overall strategic goal of the HealthPlus Group
• Implement good Warehouse Practice in line with global standards for Pharmaceuticals warehousing
• Responsible for stocktake and cycle count activities
• Provide regular report of inventory management performance
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Plan and prepare drafts for warehouse racking expansions in an effort to ensure the fullest utilization of warehouse space as required
• Guarantee Health and Safety standards are adhered to implementation of best practice Human Resources policies and procedures in the organisation

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing Management, Logistics & Supply Management, Business Admin or related discipline
• 3 years relevant work experience
• Planning & organizational effectiveness
• Quality decision & problem solving skills
• Negotiation & persuasive skills
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good people skills
• A good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel
