Nigeria Federal Ministry of Education is recruiting massively through the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC).

This is to inform the general public that the Federal Civil Service Commission in collaboration with the Education has declared vacancies for the following cadres:

Job Position: Education Officers Grade Levels 08 - 10 (Federal Ministry of Education)

Requirement

Interested applicants must possess a minimum of 2nd class lower division degree in Education, from a recognized University, a degree in a relevant subject plus a post-graduate Diploma or Certificate in Education.

Application Closing Date
July 13th, 2012

Mode of Application
Only qualified candidates in these specified fields should collect the application form from the offices of the Chairmen of the designated State Civil Service Commissions in the following six geopolitical zones:

Northwest - Kaduna
North East - Yola
North Central & Federal Capital Territory - Federal Civil Service Club Mabuchi, Abuja
South West - Ibadan
South South - Port-Harcourt
South East - Owerri

Collection of Forms commences from Friday, June 1^st, 2012, while submission to the designated State Civil Service Commissions closes by Friday, July 13^th, 2012.

Note: For avoidance of doubt, application forms are free.

Pls this shows enough lackadaisical to polytechnic student from the fededral government, how come it is only B.sc that is stated for this position,does it mean that Hnd is not recognised in this country? Almost in all federal jobs their demand is always B.sc why?

I think it is high time for the fededral government to equate all these(B.sc/Hnd) to avoid discrimination.Mr President and others in academic sector should do something about this to make education suitable for everyone in the country and for easy growth and development in academic sector and also for better improvement.
