friends, i dnt believe wat u guys say abt HND cos most banks prefer HND and OND holders more than Uni graduates, evn in oil companies and other similer companies prefer HND engineers. Most importantly, HND holders mostly are the once self employed more than that of degree in Nigeria. But all the same, who God will have mercy on to him must mercy come to. So i advise everybody regerdless of ur qualification to keep applying let God do the selection cos he knows the best that suits everybody.

Hmmm! 51 comments, many nonsense few or no senses. I begin to agree with those who had said that more than 90% of Nigerian graduates are 'unemployable' As a Human Resourses manager, I have taken my time to go through the comments here with a veiw to finding how Nigerian Higher school leavers respond to job openings. But it's rather dismal to read insulting remarks. The best way to get what you want is to know need.

All these comments about HND and Bsc , thr truth is that there is a difference world wide in the two and a Bsc holder is always placed as a superior to a HND holder. Banks and oil companies employ HNDs so they can pay them smaller salaries and the expatriates in oil companies wont have issues with the Nig Hnds asper they hv similar education. The problem is that universities have been so abused so we have so many Bsc graduates who are jobless, how do you then expect FG not to favor them agaisnt HNDs. please its a world wide phenomenom, if u cant go back for a DE , pls advise ur kids and loved ones to shun away from polytecnics.

Why are we so much disturb about HND and Bsc? One's destiny will tell. we shouldn't be deceived by Bsc cert. But the know how. I am HND Holder and envy by co-workers in the same field.(accounting). HND Holders, don't mind what people are saying but what God say about u in Genesis. After the creation of me and u, He say "VERY GOOD".

Public and private organisations should learn how to recruite, not encouraging people to go and start buying First, 2nd Class upper and Lower.for the sake of "Must Get Job in Nigeria with this Grade" Invite Good numbers of graduates in all Grade categories and set out screening test and see how they can deffend that Grade and make ur choices. Lets emulate the western world please. God Bless Nigeria.CHEERS!

Can those in authority of govt tell me, how can we be one nigeria when there is so much of corruption, greediness, discrimination and wickedness of those in authority? They should know by now, that a hungry person is an angry person.

The form is available in Kwara, but it is only meant 4 kwara indegens! Can u believe that? Even within Nigeria there is descriminatn. That means even when u're born in kwara and grows there so far ur parents are not indegens u're not entitled to d forms with them cos u'll have to produce ur NYSC, degree n state of origin certificates before u can collect d form. This is absord!
