emphasies on multiple years of job experience in my opinion,is a technical way of disqualifying fresh graduates seeking employment. employers should de-emphasize 10,5,7 years etc of experince and engage this people..unknown to you, there are genius moving in the street seeking that opportunity you reserve for that sometimes 'inexperienced experienced man' humble submissions.

What a fun-fair in this Country! If there is no Vacancy for the Newly Graduated Citizens, then why creating more Universities? Why is JAMB still in existence. Employers of Labour shoud know that nobody just woke up and got the experience... Its by starting. Give the young graduates room to prove their potentials!
