They should have requested for 50years experience,that would be better i guess.I wonder what this means,and even though they made the application for fresh graduates,am very positive that their requirement(s) would turn into something else that would make graduates unable to apply.For God's sake what will it take these companies to post sonething reasonable.

most of these employers lack the patience of training new incomers. that is why they always seek for experienced. atleast an experience wouldnt take much of time before deploying results. freshers, try and apply u never know wat God may bring forth.
