Simeon's Pivot Resources - Our Client, a German company, a global producer, marketer and provider of technology-based natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry situated at Lagos Mainland requires the services of a competent and experienced individual who is very vast in Sales, management and marketing, who can Manages sales of the company's products and services within a defined geographic area, province or country.
Hence, we are recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Duties
Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
Collaborates with [Insert title] to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives
Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product to the customer
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and product
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products.
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
MSC/MA will also be an added advantage.
Must possess relevant professional qualifications/affiliations.
A considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing IS A MUST.
At least 7-10years of Sales experience and Management skills with a good record of achieving targets.
A valid driver's license is required.

Properly represent and defend the Company's values and interest
Must be open and flexible enough to learn.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Experience in developing objectives and strategies (Sales and Marketing).
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to implement IT System.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary: N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) plus other attractive benefits.
