Function

• Manages the efficient design and all technical aspects of the design of the complete Topsides facilities for a TLP or production Semisubmersible.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the efficient design and all technical aspects of the design of the complete Topsides facilities for a TLP or production Semisubmersible.
• Develops (or manages the development of) and then manages the execution of the Engineering work scope, budget, and schedule for the design of the Topsides.
• Reports progress to schedule and budget that is related to the Topsides Engineering and design scope of work to the Project Manager.
• Interfaces with the Hull Engineering Manager in coordination to achieve an efficient design of the completed and integrated offshore unit.
• Interfaces with Procurement to assist in the management of the technical aspects of the Topsides procurement packages and processes.
• Prepares Work Orders for subcontractors that are involved in the Topsides Engineering design.
• Extremely aware of and practices the principles of HSE.

Qualification and Experience

• BS Degree in Engineering
• 8 years Technical Experience

Special Requirement:

• Valid Medicals, BOSIET, HUET
