Job Title: Director of Marketing Communications

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Director of Marketing Communications will be a major player in the executive team with lead responsibility for the development and delivery of all aspects of Diamond Enterprise Network Culture of 2015's external and internal communications strategy.
• Your objective will be to enhance the position of DEN as a major national and international cultural player, whilst effectively promoting a yearlong world class artistic programme.

The Role

• Accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of all areas of marketing, public relations, communications and creative collateral.
• To work in partnership with local and national media and communications partners alongside key stakeholders, to develop and implement a series of joint marketing and advertising initiatives
• To take ownership for DEN'sl 2015's digital communications strategy, driving forward our objectives across web, mobile and social to deliver an excellent online customer journey
• To work closely with the CEO and the executive team to ensure that all activity is aligned to the project's strategic direction and its creative programming

The Person:

• An experienced marketing and communications professional with a balance of strategic focus and delivery experience, ideally with a background gained within an arts, cultural, leisure, destination or events focused organisation
• A strong track record and understanding of managing relationships with agencies and key partners, either gained in-house or agency-side
• A proven track record of devising and delivering creative multi-channel marketing campaigns that translate across offline and online platforms
• A strong leader with a collaborative style and the proven ability to motivate, influence and engage with people at all levels across multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

Qualification

• Director of Marketing Communications position is open to graduates from any degree discipline
• Candidate must be aware of Management functions and have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to manage section heads must be apparent.
• Must be able to check cost control report.
• Must have Confidence,Technical skills,Project management skills and Organisation skills.
• Problem solving skills
• IT and numerical skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Directors must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
